Royal Mail PPI

At Roco Clothing we use the Royal Mail Pre-Paid postage service Orders are processed daily and collected by our personal Royal Mail van later that night. What if I order next day special delivery after 1pm?

Our orders are printed in bulk at set times throughout the day to allow us to post items out efficiently and on time. However if you require next day delivery and it is after 1pm feel free to call us and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

Where do you deliver?

We are based in the UK but will deliver Worldwide. Our standard overseas delivery service is 1st class recorded, however if you require next day special delivery to an over-seas address please contact us to arrange suitable postage costs.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be collected from our grounds on the day we receive payment, providing that it is before 1pm. Orders with payment received after 1pm may be processed and collected the next day. Our standard service is 1st class recorded, therefore you can receive your goods from 1 - 5 days after they have been collected.

What if I order on Saturday or Sunday?

If your order is placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend it will be dispatched on Monday. The Royal Mail postage service is only available during week days. If you have a specific need and your items must be delivered over the weekend, we recommend you call us to try and arrange a courier service. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday may still arrive on Saturday.

What if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?

If you are not home when the parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a card explaining where you can collect your parcel form. This will usually be your local Post Office, please remember to take the card and some form of identification.
