Returns
As a customer of Roco Clothing we want you to be happy with every purchase you make, however we understand that sometimes returns have to be made.
Whilst the items are in your possession please take care to ensure that they are kept in the condition you have received them in. When returning your goods please ensure that the items and packaging are still in their original saleable condition.
Where the customer has failed to stick to these guidelines, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to minus any amounts in the way of a restocking charge.
Please Note: It is strongly advised that the customer returns goods back via 1st class (or 2nd class where available) RECORDED delivery. This ensures that the parcel is insured by the Royal Mail and the item can be tracked. The cost of returning goods to us is the responsibility of the customer.
All exchanges and returns can take up to 30 working days to process depending on the nature of the return, however we do aim to fulfil exchanges within 10 working days of receiving the goods in our returns department.

Steps to take
There should be a returns form with your parcel. Please ensure that all parts of this form are correctly filled in, allowing us to process you return as quickly as possible.
Return the item to the address below.
If you require an exchange, please enclose payment to cover the cost of postage for the new item you require.
