International Customers We offer support for over 95 currencies and up to 50 alternative payment methods selected to ensure that you are able to checkout seamlessly from any country. Your payment will be taken in your own local currency and refunds will be made in the same currency, therefore you will not be affected by any changes in currency conversion rates.

You can add as many items as you like to your cart before proceeding to payment. To proceed to payment, please click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner and select Proceed to cart, then follow the instructions on screen.

Due to our popular items selling fast we do occasionally sell out quickly, we try our very best to keep stock levels up to date, however the website may not update quick enough while you are placing your order.
We’ll contact you as soon possible to confirm the cancellation of your order, if you have ordered more than one item, the rest of your order will be dispatched.
No, we are an online retailer only - we have no shops and we cannot allow public access to our warehouse for health and safety reasons.
If you suspect that you have received a faulty or incorrect item then please contact our Customer Service team before returning any items within seven days of receiving your order. We will advise you on how to proceed further. Please do not use any faulty or incorrect items after finding the fault as we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.
If you fail to contact us before returning a faulty item your return may be rejected subject to our product inspection.
We currently offer free delivery to UK customers on all orders over £80.
We do often have sales and seasonal discounts; please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media for the latest updates.
We are not able to manually add the discount once you have placed the order, however you can still use the discount on your next order, if the code is still valid.
All our suits are sold as full sets, therefore we are unable to mix and match sizes. You may however be given the option to change the colour of the Tie, Hanky and Waistcoat on some of our suits.
If your order has gone through successfully you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used when placing the order. If you have not received this email, please check your Junk or Trash folder.
Alternatively, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the email address once you have placed your order.
We are not able to change the order once you have placed it, as our warehouse team work hard to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You can, however, amend your order as much as you like before you proceed to checkout.
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend emailing us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse team, in this instance you are welcome to return the items for a refund once you receive them.
