What is your COVID 19 returns policy?

Orders placed on or after 19/07/2021
Will be subject to our standard returns policy of 30 days. Due to the latest update from the Government and the opening up of the UK, our extended returns policy will be coming to an end. We are aware that other countries may still be experiencing issues and to those customers we would politely ask you to please shop responsibly. We will now revert back to our previous 30 days returns policy for all orders placed from 19th July 2021. Orders placed before 19th July 2021 will be subject to our previous COVID returns policy as seen below.

Within 30 days
Will be eligible for a full refund or credit note. UK customers will also be eligible for an exchange.

30 - 90 days
Will be eligible for a credit note for the full value of your order, valid for 3 years from the date of your original purchase. UK customers will also be eligible for an exchange.

Older than 90 days
Orders older than 90 days will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a credit note or exchange.

What is your standard returns policy?

You have 30 Days from receiving your order to return any items, providing they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. All items should be returned with the original tags, labels, and suits need to be returned with their original suit bag.

IMPORTANT: Damaged, worn, washed or altered items, or anything that Roco Clothing believes has been used will NOT be accepted and will be rightfully returned back to you. This includes any items returned outside of the 30 day returns period.

How do I return an item?
UK Customers
  1. Fill out the returns form that came with your order, and mark clearly if you would like a refund or exchange.
    If for any reason you no longer have your returns form, you can download one by clicking here: Returns Form
  2. Include the returns form with the item(s) you are returning.
  3. Use the following link to create a returns postage label: Create your label.
  4. Click the "Box / Bag" button, check the measurements and click Yes
  5. You will then need to put your order reference number, the reason for your return and fill out your details.
  6. You will be given a label to print and stick on your parcel. (Don't worry if you don't have a printer, you will be emailed a barcode. If you take this email to the local post office they will print it for you.)
  7. Use the Royal Mail website to search for your nearest drop off point and post the parcel back to us. To find your nearest Royal Mail location you can use the following page: Click here
  8. Remember to keep proof of postage until we have confirmed by email that your return has been processed.
International Customers
  1. International returns are processed through our returns hub. First of all click the following link. Returns portal
  2. Provide your Order ID and Email address
  3. Follow the on screen instructions
  4. Print out the label provided and post your parcel back to us

Is the return postage free?

We currently offer free returns to UK customers through the Royal Mail tracked returns service. To create a label follow the below steps:

For none UK customers - please note that any duties and taxes to be paid for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item?

UK Customers UK customers can exchange items for a different colour or size.

International Customers If your address is outside of the UK and you require a different size or colour you will be required to place a new order and return the original items for a refund.

How long do exchanges take?

Exchanges are only applicable to UK customers. International customers will be required to place a new order and send back the original items for a refund

We ask that you allow up to 15 working days for your exchange to be processed, as soon as we have done this you will receive a confirmation email.

All exchange items are sent out using our Standard free delivery service, delivery can take 2-3 working days.

Remember we can only send out your new exchange item once we have received the unwanted item back, so if you are in a rush to receive an exchange item, we advise that you return the unwanted item back for a refund and place a new order.

When will I be refunded

Due to an influx of returns we are currently experiencing delays. When your return has been delivered to our warehouse it can take the returns team up to 15 working days to process your return, as soon as we have processed your return you will receive a confirmation email.

The returns team will then process your refund within 1-2 working days, please allow the following time for the funds to show in your account.

Debit card refunds can take up to 5 working days.

Credit card refunds usually show within 10 working days however it may take considerably longer, depending on your provider.

PayPal refunds can take up to 3 working days.

Will my postage be refunded?

No, the original postage cost will not be refunded.

Can I drop my return off at your warehouse?

No, you will need to return the item in the post.

Help! I've not received my money back?

Once we have confirmed by email that we have processed your return, we do ask that you allow up to 14 days for the funds to show in your account, depending on how you paid.

If after 14 days the funds are not showing please contact our Customer Service team.
