No, we are an online retailer only - we have no shops and we cannot allow public access to our warehouse for health and safety reasons.

How do I apply a discount code?
- Go to MY BAG (this can be found at the top right-side of the website)
- Select Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter the Discount Code or Online Credit Note into the Discount Codes box.
- Select Apply Coupon and your discount/credit will be applied.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to change the order once you have placed it, as our warehouse team work hard to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You can, however, amend your order as much as you like before you proceed to checkout.
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend calling us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse team, in this instance you are welcome to return the items for a refund once you receive them.
An item I want to order is out of stock
Our stock availability is regularly refreshed to reflect our true stock levels. If an item is out of stock we are usually able to order the item in, however occasionally the product may have been discontinued by the supplier.
If you would like to know if we are getting the item back in stock, please contact our Service Team and have the item number ready. This is a 6 digit number in the bulleted list beneath the product description e.g. Item number: 124141

Can I get Next Day delivery?
Next Day delivery is for mainland UK customers only.
We offer a range of UK next day delivery services. Standard next day delivery can be delivered any time between 7am and 7pm, however we do offer a before 12pm and before 10:30 am service.
The cut off time for Next Day delivery is 12pm, any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch email as soon as we have processed and dispatched your order, don't worry we will send you the tracking number.
Please be aware we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday, any orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public holidays).If you would like your order to be delivered at the weekend, please select Saturday delivery as Next Day delivery is for weekdays only.

Can I wash my items?
Please follow the instructions on the label of your item, please be aware that the majority of our Clothing is dry clean only.
How do I track my order?
UK Customers
As soon as the Warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a dispatch email including all the delivery details and tracking information. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if no information is showing right away.
International Customers
International orders are dispatched from our Central hub. You will receive an email from the chosen courier with tracking information 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. Please note for orders dispatched on a Friday you will receive your tracking information email on the following Monday.
What is your returns policy?
Please note: Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the large number of events being cancelled and re-scheduled we have changed our returns policy to help our customers.

You have 30 Days from receiving your order to return any items, providing they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. All items should be returned with the original tags, labels, and suits need to be returned with their original suit bag.
IMPORTANT: Damaged, worn, washed or altered items, or anything that Roco Clothing believes has been used will NOT be accepted and will be rightfully returned back to you. This includes any items returned outside of the 30 day returns period.
How do I return an item?

Fill out the returns form that came with your order, and mark clearly if you would like a refund or exchange.
If for any reason you no longer have your returns form, you can download one by clicking here: Returns Form - Include the returns form with the item(s) you are returning.
- Use the following link to create a returns postage label: Create your label.
- Click the "Box / Bag" button, check the measurements and click Yes
- You will then need to put your order reference number, the reason for your return and fill out your details.
- You will be given a label to print and stick on your parcel. (Don't worry if you don't have a printer, you will be emailed a barcode. If you take this email to the local post office they will print it for you.)
- Use the Royal Mail website to search for your nearest drop off point and post the parcel back to us. To find your nearest Royal Mail location you can use the following page: Click here Remember to keep proof of postage until we have confirmed by email that your return has been processed.
International Customers

Can I mix and match items?
All our suits are sold as full sets, therefore we are unable to mix and match sizes. You may however be given the option to change the colour of the Tie, Hanky and Waistcoat on some of our suits.

How can I pay?
UK Customers
We accept the following payments: PayPal, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro.
International Customers
We offer support for over 95 currencies and up to 50 alternative payment methods selected to ensure that you are able to checkout seamlessly from any country. Your payment will be taken in your own local currency and refunds will be made in the same currency, therefore you will not be affected by any changes in currency conversion rates.
How do I place an order?
To place an order please follow the instructions below:
- Select the colour/size you want from the drop down menu.
- Select Add to Cart.
You can add as many items as you like to MY BAG before proceeding to payment. To proceed to payment, please go to MY BAG and then select Proceed to Payment, then follow the instructions on screen.
Why was I able to place an order for an out of stock item?
We understand this is frustrating.
Due to our popular items selling fast we do occasionally sell out quickly, we try our very best to keep stock levels up to date, however the website may not update quick enough while you are placing your order.
We’ll contact you as soon possible to confirm the cancellation of your order, if you have ordered more than one item, the rest of your order will be dispatched.
Do you have a shop?

Help, I recieved a faulty/incorrect item
If you suspect that you have received a faulty or incorrect item then please contact our Customer Service team before returning any items within seven days of receiving your order. We will advise you on how to proceed further. Please do not use any faulty or incorrect items after finding the fault as we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.
If you fail to contact us before returning a faulty item your return may be rejected subject to our product inspection.
Can I have a discount?

I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?
We are not able to manually add the discount once you have placed the order, however you can still use the discount on your next order, if the code is still valid.

Has my order gone through?
If your order has gone through successfully you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used when placing the order. If you have not received this email, please check your Junk or Trash folder.
Alternatively, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the email address once you have placed your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to change the order once you have placed it, as our warehouse team work hard to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You can, however, amend your order as much as you like before you proceed to checkout.
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend calling us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse team, in this instance you are welcome to return the items for a refund once you receive them.

Will I have to pay customs or duty on my order?
United States Customers
For orders to the the United States all duty and taxes will be paid for by Roco Clothing.
Other International Customers
At checkout we will calculate the required customs duty and taxes applicable to your order. At that point you will be given the option to pre-pay any taxes to ensure a faster delivery. You may choose not to pre pay taxes in which case you may be contacted by customs to pay duty on your order once it arrives in your country.
Can I get Next Day delivery?

Our Warehouse team work quickly to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
If you are from the UK and have selected a Next Day delivery service, your order will be dispatched the same working day, if the order is placed before 12pm.
You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been dispatched.
Please be aware we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday, any orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public holidays).
If I place seperate orders, will they be delivered together?
If you order items separately we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered together, in the same parcel.
If you would like your items to be delivered together, you will need to order all the items together in one transaction.

What if I am not in when my order arrives?
If you’re not in, your courier driver will either leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place. If they are unable to do this they will leave you a delivery note with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery. Your courier may also email or text you to let you know that you missed the delivery.
You may also be able to change the address, depending on the courier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes of course, when you are placing the order you can choose a different delivery address to your billing address. We are not able to change your delivery address once you have placed your order.

For none UK customers - please note that any duties and taxes to be paid for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange an item?
UK Customers
UK customers can exchange items for a different colour or size.
International Customers
If your address is outside of the UK and you require a different size or colour you will be required to place a new order and return the original items for a refund.
How long do exchanges take?
Exchanges are only applicable to UK customers. International customers will be required to place a new order and send back the original items for a refund
We ask that you allow up to 10 working days for your exchange to be processed, as soon as we have done this you will receive a confirmation email.
All exchange items are sent out using our Standard free delivery service, delivery can take 2-3 working days.
Remember we can only send out your new exchange item once we have received the unwanted item back, so if you are in a rush to receive an exchange item, we advise that you return the unwanted item back for a refund and place a new order.
When will I be refunded
When your return has been delivered to our warehouse it can take the returns team up to 5 working days to process your return, as soon as we have processed your return you will receive a confirmation email.
The returns team will then process your refund within 1-2 working days, please allow the following time for the funds to show in your account.
Debit card refunds can take up to 5 working days.
Credit card refunds usually show within 10 working days however it may take considerably longer, depending on your provider.
PayPal refunds can take up to 3 working days.
Will my postage be refunded?
No, the original postage cost will not be refunded.
Can I drop my return off at your warehouse?
No, you will need to return the item in the post.
Help! I've not received my money back?
Once we have confirmed by email that we have processed your return, we do ask that you allow up to 14 days for the funds to show in your account, depending on how you paid.
If after 14 days the funds are not showing please contact our Customer Service team.
